Coaching provides peace of mind, accomplishment and transformation for beginners and ongoing evolution and deep fulfillment for those who regularly use a coach as a part of their lifestyle, much like a person would use a gym to consistently stay in shape.

Though all are welcome, I specialize in creating powerful alliances with women who are committed to profound self growth and want to use their passion and position to make a positive impact in the world while living the life of their dreams in all areas in their life. 

My coaching is anything but ordinary. I offer experiential coaching with presence and personalization. What does that mean? I combine deep listening, keen intuition and a connection to your unique, fullest potential. We’ll take into consideration your learning style, personality and multiple intelligences to individualize our relationship and sessions to meet your needs. 

Below is an example list of life coaching agendas and topics clients have come to me for. It only scratches the surface about what we could explore. A client’s agenda and topics don’t always look this organized. Sometimes they’re all over the place and sometimes we figure it out as we go, depending on what topic is most important that week.
